· The property might not exist in reality as advertised on web, and is simply in virtual existence. In this case, one should make sure that he is tracking a legitimate website down, and insist on having property address and contact details before booking, and search in search engines to be sure of its existence.
· The rental home property might not be depicted clearly. So do not get carried away by the promos.
· The location of the property might also not be depicted accurately in some instances. · The unavailability of the owner or the manager at the time of emergency. So verify their availability 24x7 to avoid any unexpected incident in the vacation rental home.
· Old pictures of the property leaving wrong impression on the anticipated travelers. Ask for the latest photos to have a clear view of the current position of the property.
